Ravelry Meet-Up

So the plan was to meet up at The National Art Gallery Cafe @ 1pm. Unfortunately, we forgot to iron out all the tiny details. Only 6 of us found each other. Since it was such a beautiful day we decided to go outside to the Sculpture Garden park near the Gallery. I am glad that we got together. I met some really nice ladies. First we spotted Jill and Marietta, then Jess showed up with a Crazy Hat. Next Neotoma caught up with us and when we got to the park Beth showed up and don't let me forget about Max -- Marietta's son, what a cutie. It was nice to sit, chat and talk about knitting. The lunch was great too! I think next time we will be sure to coordinate cell numbers, so that we don't miss anyone. We cut out a little early so we could stop by the City Paper's Crafty Bastards Fair in Adams Morgan. There was not much yarn, Stitch DC, Woolerina and Gosh Darn Knit all had booths.
