Day 10..Ten on Tuesday

Here we are 10 days into the month already. I haven't ran out of things to say yet. Today I will
give you Ten on Tuesday

Ten Favorite Movie/Song Remakes
1. Killing Me Softly The Fugees. I do still enjoy Roberta Flack's version, but only Lauryn Hill could pull it off just as well.

2. Somewhere Over the Rainbow... Israel Kamakawiwo'ole made this song his own. He put a whole new spin and his version was awesome.

3. Ave Maria... Beyonce

4. I'd never Dreamed You'd Leave in Summer..Lauryn Hill

5.Very Superstious..Jonas Brothers

6. The Wiz

7. Pride and Predjudice

8. Freaky Friday

9. Imitation of Life

10. 3:10 to Yuma

As much as I adore the original (and since I collect Wizard of Oz stuff, believe me that I do), Iz' version of "Over the Rainbow" makes me cry every time. It's just amazing.

Have you ever heard him to "Take Me Home, Country Roads"? It's also fantastic.

Jones Brothers remade Stevie Wonder's song? I wish I could hear the audio, but I can't at the moment. I love, absolutely LOVE the old L Boogie.
