Then on Saturday Arthella, Chelette and I were able to catch the play "Loose Knit". It was the last night at the Waddell Theater in on the campus of Northern VA Community College in Sterling Virgina. Once a week in the heart of New York City five women gather to knit. The play outlines the battle between the sexes with wit, ferocity and insight in a contemporary comedy of manners. If this play comes in your town, please go see it. We really enjoyed it.We have been busy trying to get some projects off the needles. I finished Summer Flies. Chelette just finished Ceraisfera. As the year comes to a close we are trying cut down on purchases and reduce our stash. Of course it's easier said than done. There are so many beautiful yarns to choose from.
Happy Knitting!!!!

OMG, OMG!!!! YA ACTUALLY POSTED SOMETHING!!!!! It's about time.
Knitting is lots of fun when you have such a nice group.
You gals are continuing to have fun. Wonderful! I do love those shawls. Beautiful work. :-)
Love the shawls. You know, I've been trying to restrict myself to knitting from stash, too. So far, I've been a good girl. Who knows how long that will last, though. Especially since I'm trying to decide on the annual christmas gift to give to myself.
The shawl is a beauty! Do you all meet at Fibre Space on Thursdays?
Glad you've posted!
I am terribly jealous of your time with Wendy, Laura and Leslie. I was actually in Old Town that day, and at FS, but had to leave to get back to a meeting here. I'm so glad you had fun and happy to know that some of my own knitting buds were there.
Lovely shawl!
Hey!! I hear you are going to Vogue Live! Knitting in NYC. Betty and I will be there.
