Here I go again, with minutes before midnight. Looks like if I don't get a post out first thing in the morning, I'm SOL. I didn't get as much knitting in today as I would have liked. Only about an hours worth or so. I did make a Red velvet cake today, and baked a chuck roast. It's been awhile since I made a GF Red Velvet Cake. I wanted to make sure I didn't forget how. I made it gluten free and it takes more time because you have to mix the different flours together. Next time I think I'm going to try the All purpose GF baking flour. I want to make a GF carrot cake next. Maybe on Friday. I wonder Red Velvet Cakes are so popular these days?? It's certainly is My new favorite for sure.
Okay,I don't have much time, and I want to get this post out before midnight. Sooo......

Look at you baking! I can't get with the red velvet craze but my family love it. LOVE carrot cake though.
Red velvet cake sounds lovely. Too bad I can't any sweets until the extra pounds come off. Have a great week!!
